Raymond Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

This is my 3rd experience with Raymond's and every single time they have shown up timely, troubleshoot issues effectively and handle business! They installed a new hot water tank in my home. I was impressed with the swiftness of getting the old out and installing the new. The install was seamless and they left my place spotless. Didn't know a hot water tank could look so beautiful!

We have been using Raymond since we bought our condo three years ago. I cannot say enough good things about this company! They are responsive, professional, and skilled at what they do. Some people may frown at their price, but I have found it is well worth the few extra bucks. For example, we have a very old furnace. Instead of being conned into buying a new one, they are willing to work with us to trouble shoot and, hopefully, find a cheaper fix. We have had several different guys come in from Raymond’s over the last few years to do the service checks on our furnace and air conditioning unit. I have never had a negative experience with any of them. I am so glad I have found such a reputable company!!

Prompt and on time, nice work, but something wrong when an A O Smith electric water heater has a 6 year warranty, and it has to be replaced in 3 years and the cost is over $400. I was told that this is the common industry practice that the labor is only covered under the first year of the warranty. After that the water heater product is "covered" under the warranty, but the labor is not covered. Oh by the way I had to pay an Additional $64 because the original model water heater by A O Smith is no longer available so they charged me for an "upgrade". Not happy with warranty coverage where I had to pay $400+ on something I shouldn't have to worry about for 6 years.

Love Raymond Heating And Plumbing! We've had experience with Colten for plumbing involving propane heating in our greenhouses, air conditioning in our home and a new hot water tank. All Within one year! The service has been incredible. Arriving on time and acting in a professional manner!
