I live out of town and when my brother passed expectantly I called Rangers. Janice picked up my call and guided me through the whole process. She was responsive, understanding, compassionate, and explained the entire process. I could not have done this without her guidance. The whole experience was what we were looking for, simple and very affordable. My brothers remains were handled with the utmost care, incredibly important to me at such a crucial time. All I can say is thanks.
All the staff I've dealt with have been incredible. Highly recommend. Thanks to Kim Sheppard for my initial intake appointment and Elaine Lavigne for spending the time with me and being so thorough. You ladies are awesome.
We recently lost our son in January 2022. We found the staff at Rangers to show us care and compassion during the most painful and difficult time. We highly recommend Rangers.
I have dealt with Rangers twice.. First time was in Feb of 2017 when my best friend passed away... Rangers service was excellent. Prior to my friend passing, one of the directors came to the hospital to assist with making his arrangements. Once he passed away at the maison Mculloch, I called and they came to pick him up. They were very professional and the service was prompt. Even after I was done with everything, I received several phone calls to check in and see how I was doing. Second time I dealt with Rangers was November 3rd of 2018. My mother passed away at home and I was not certain what the next step was. I called Rangers and Johnathan directed me with the necessary process to have mom pronounced deceased and picked up. Again, the service received was very professional and excellent!
