Last summer I contacted Ellero Monuments to have a headstone made for my grandmother. Katia Ellero was beyond helpful, kind and patient during that bittersweet process. Once I had made up my mind and gave final approval for the letter carving & photo etching, the headstone was completed and installed that same week. Katia and team were wonderful; excellent craftsmanship and they were always very pleasant to deal with.
The vile humans at Ellero Monuments here in Sudbury, went to the funeral home’s website, downloaded and printed my Dad’s obituary. They then laminated it to a card with some scripture on the back and sent it to us with a letter of condolence disguised as an ad for gravestones. We’ve had ZERO communication or interaction with this company ever. They had to look up our address, too. If you are in Sudbury, avoid these people and their sister company, Ellero Marble. They are disgusting.
I am very pleased with the service they provided. The were very quick, efficient and caring. I would recommend this business whole heartedly.
The older man with the glasses who greeted me at the counter was the most ignorant and arrogant person I've ever dealt with ,he was rude and wasn't very helpful I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody he was so ignorant I hope karma comes knocking on his door.
