Bought apex model.Poor customer service, tried to contact company twice about new hinges and never heard a word from them. Canopy constantly needs adjusted to keep both latches hooked up. Poor craftsmanship is obvious in this canopy. wish I had bought made in USA canopy.

Don't stand behind their products. Company said they've been seeing a lot of failed hinges lately but won't even provide a replacement part for me to install myself.

Buy someone reliable like SnugTop. They make great products and provide a warranty against defects.
