It’s filthy. Uncleared tables, food on the floor. Our server had a headache and had a long discussion with another patron about how infrequently she gets headaches, but they’re awful when she does. Maybe less gum smacking would help. When the food arrived it came in phases, with fries coming out half way through the meal. The food was good, servings generous. I would order here again, but only for carry out. We had to ask for to go boxes 3 times. We always choose independent restaurants when possible. This one definitely has room for improvement.
Pretty low key place, first time getting food from there. It was not the most welcoming place. I ordered Elmo’s slider which was pretty good. Price was ok, not too expensive.
I'm new to the area, and I love pizza. I've been here 3 times, and so far it's hit or miss. The first was a bust, pizza was soggy and almost cold, second time was amazing and had me drooling for more. The most recent the pizza was over cooked, chewy and kind of burned on the bottom. I have ordered the same pie every time. If you're a gambler, roll the dice... You might get blown away, or you might be disappointed.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I came here years ago and had a great experience but my recent one was awful. I ordered the Logan’s Stuffed Madness pizza which is a stuffed crust pizza - what I received was definitely not what I was expecting. It was essentially just a calzone in pizza form for almost $23 as well. The wicked breadsticks were extremely bland, they tasted like fried dough with a sprinkle of parmesan and there were no herbs. The boneless wings? UGH! Almost $13 for 6 boneless wings that clearly come in frozen? No, thank you. Also, the honey mustard with parmesan cheese was an interesting combo but not the garlic parmesan I had ordered. Overall, it’s too pricey for the quality.
Once a loyal customer, not anymore. When I discovered this place and saw the reviews I was so happy, the pizza was delicious but for the past year it’s gone down hill. I ordered through slice and got a cold pizza, when I called the establishment to let them know, the lady directed me to contact slice, I told her to remain a successful business they have to take accountability and no use a 3rd party as an excuse. Mind you this is not the first disappointment even when I call them directly to order.
The pizza is great Cheese cake OMG to die for. Grinders are special.
The delivery time given was 35-55 minutes - I am only two mins from this place. It took 75 and it arrived cold and soggy. Grew up working in pizza restaurants so I know this pizza was clearly just sitting out for it to be this bad. Never again. $28 worth of disappointment.
I usually come in here for takeout when I'm in the area. However today I dropped my car off at a place around the corner and walked over for lunch. Sat at the bar I ordered a beer and a grinder with fries the bar was completely dirty just had parmesan cheese all over the counter which I had to clean myself. The server was good with my order however was very unattentive to the surroundings and very slow to get back to me when a time for me to cash out and ask for a box for my meal. I also looked around the rest of the restaurant and it was also very dirty.
We took our grandson here as a surprise because he loves Hot Wheels. I hadn’t been to Randy’s since it was over in the plaza at Burr Corners. What a huge disappointment! Food was horrible. Pizza was burnt. Dirty and dingy place. I gave it two stars because the kids did get a car with their meals, which made up for the horrible food.
My pizza was ice cold on delivery. I ordered the gluten free crust. It was soggy and uncooked. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. I honestly feel robbed as I wouldn’t pay a dollar for this pizza.
