Friendliness seems gone, a thing of the past? Cashier made 0 eye contact and was asking me "anything else?" before i could even ask for no mayo. The manager in white shirt seemed an okay person as I seen him work. Or supervisor who ever he is. Still. Even when it's hella busy, you shouldnt be panicking almost to get people their food. Its unprofessional and makes the team look like they can't handle it.

Long waits in drive thru line. We were told we couldn't order ice cream because they were short staffed and no one could go downstairs to bring the ice cream up. We were stuck in the line without an order. When we got up close to the drive thru window they had sold ice cream to the car ahead of us! We nicely explained the situation and were compensated with 2 free ice cream cones! Get it together McDonald's !

Service was very very very bad. Didn’t pay attention to customer need. I might avoid this store

Only one person working in the kitchen and 30 people waiting between Drive Through and inside the restaurant. Waiting time was about 15 minutes. Not very happy.
