Great service - Excellent rates (i’ve Compared) - and Randy knows his stuff. Randy’s wife Maryanne works at the office as well - and she is always happy and kind when we have any dealings. Highly recommend

Beware of very poor customer service. I just bought a new car and tried to get a quote for insurance. Because I had been a long standing customer, I contacted the office directly. While I waited for a return call I used the State Farm website to get a quote. When the office called back I got the runaround. They were totally unfamiliar with their website offering (which quoted a better price) and blamed me for the confusion of what was or was not used by the website to generate the quote. Then I spoke with the Agent, Randy Legrow, who refused to offer assistance and hung up on me, saying he no longer wanted my business if I was going to ask questions about the quote!
