My experience with Caleb and Austin is limited to small parts purchases and some diagnostic services, but always I get the same excellent service as  the other reviewers here. Ramer is highly recommended.

Caleb and Austin are excellent to work with.  Able to figure out the issue via phone and order the part so I could repair it.  Saved me driving a hour to drop it off and another hour to pick it up.  Thanks again!!

Caleb and Austin have really gained my trust over the last few years. They have maintained all my chainsaws, no matter the brand, which has kept that part of my business productive and minimized downtime. They also have a great selection of sawyer related products and equipment!

Ramer Small Engine and Powersports is BY FAR the best small engine repair company in all of Wisconsin!  Caleb and Austin are two of the most respectable and knowledgeable individuals in the industry, I've met in my entire life.  The inventory they have on hand is second to none and the prices are beyond fair.  As a small business owner, I've been in a "pinch" a couple of times and they have been more than accommodating by fitting me in, fixing my equipment, and allowing me to get back to pleasing my customers in a timely manner.  I highly recommend Ramer Small Engine for all your repair and small equipment needs.

I especially like the honesty, and good business practices that Caleb delivers. Caleb presents the product in a no nonsense straight forward way, and doesn't come on like gang busters. I really like my Ferris zero turn mower, which cuts down a lot of time from my large lawn. I did a lot of contemplating whether to buy a leaf mulching kit for the mower, I couldn't be more pleased with it. Leaves were a big job for us, but the mulching kit was able to do a great job by doing two passes with two mower levels, the second level was my lawn cutting level.
I would definitely do business with Ramer Small Engine & Powersports again.
