Bought a boat from them last year. I would give them a 4 star for that process. Good on customer service. This year I had to get a replacement part under warranty, this is where they go downhill. I would give them a negative three to four stars. Very poor customer service.

I had an engine problem the week before the 4th of July. They were very busy but worked me in to there schedule. I got my boat back in time to enjoy it with family. Thanx Hayward Marine...

Excellent experience. Very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a boat. Jeff took the time to make sure we found the perfect boat for our family. Looking forward to doing future business with them.
