Arrived there at 6 pm, there was a lineup but it didn’t take too long to wait. In just about 10 minutes we got seats and placed our order. Service was great, all servers are friendly and observant to your needs. Noodles are delicious with pork soup. Love Fukuoka ramen. Will come again.
Disappointing experience at this location. We were a group of 4, and while 3 of us were almost done with our meals, my other friend waited nearly 20 minutes for her order, only to receive noodles that tasted raw. When we addressed the issue with the server, their response was: “you ordered standard firmness, and it is what it is. If you’re not satisfied with the noodle, you can place another order for softer noodles”. Please, it’s not our first time visiting Danbo and we know the difference between cooked and raw noodle. Overall, the lack of consistency in food quality, coupled with the server's unhelpful attitude, made the experience unpleasant. While the order was eventually remade after insistence, the server's response that it was a ONE-TIME exception was off-putting. Regrettably, this visit will also be our last.
Very fast and friendly spot to grab a quick bite assuming you can get a table fast also. We showed up and ordered and got our food within five minutes. Finished within 15 minutes and we were out of there. Everything showed up as expected and tasted great.
I love the simplicity of the menu. It helps me make decisions faster. The food is good and the service is standard. Good thing is that they close at 11 which beats out a lot of the other places.
I was standing in the rain in a long line and the server took a long time to get us inside. I don’t have any problem really standing in the rain if there’s no table inside. But there were multiples free ones. The service was good when we went inside. The food can be better, one of our noodles were a bit raw. Overall the service was great but everything else can be better compare to other places.nnMore Info: There are only street parking unless you walk over to the community center.
