Fairly small room at least with the single queen bed room. Not much soundproofing and if other guests are noisy you will hear everything.

As I am typing this at 5am, I can hear the people upstairs talking, walking/stomping around, toilet water running through the pipes, and loud showers from upstairs. If the train nearby isn't blowing its whistle, it's fine. What I'm getting at, is if you're a light sleeper, it might be better to ask for the upper floor so you can wake someone else up instead of them waking you. I'm also pretty sure that my morning alarm could wake up the neighbours through the walls, even on a quiet setting. I could also hear doors down the end of the hall slamming shut as if they were next door, and if your neighbours have their heating/AC unit on. The unit isn't so bad, it is just a low hum.
Breakfast is sad. The only good things about it is the standard fruits (bananas and apples), toaster, and the waffle maker. Even then, I only took a banana, and opted to buy oatmeal from Save On to make my own breakfast. Seating is limited. Tim Hortons always has a drive thru line up that curves around the parking lot and on to the main road.
Make sure to look inside the coffee maker water compartment. Mine came with some residual moisture and white, slimy stuff on the bottom. I didn't look close enough to determine which I had the pleasure of almost ingesting. (Perhaps it would make coffee taste better, but I'll leave that up to someone else to determine.) Thankfully, there is a clean microwave in the room so I could heat some water.
I was here six months ago, and the "temporarily out of service" sign on the elevator is probably actually permanent. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs, so pack light.
And if you have allergies like me, I believe they allow pets on the bottom floor.
One of the few pluses is that the bed is fairly comfy, and there are no bed bugs. Front counter staff could use a refresher on how to smile (not a plus). There is ample parking, and easy to find. If you miss the turn off, there's another entry not more than 100m from the first.

Good hotel. Clean room, basically everything you expect from a hotel. Right beside a decent restaurant. Only negative is a limited complementary breakfast.

Nice room. Clean, quiet. Had the Jacuzzi tub and kitchenette. Very comfy. Simple yet delicious brealfast with the usual breakfast foods. Friendly staff. Affordable too.

First time of many out here and not sure if I'll be back. Staff are nice enough but the hotel needs some TLC. Elevator doesn't work so have to carry luggage up steps. They use it for storage now. Each and every door on second level is dirty or scuffed and could use a fresh coat of paint. Fireplace in my room doesn't work, not that it's needed. Hot tub worked but timer didn't. Never stopped after 15 minutes. Bathroom wasn't fully cleaned on first day. Breakfast was better than the typical continental on the bright side and bed was comfortable. WiFi was decent but rooms need usb ports and more available plugs.
