We stayed here for during the Cold Lake Air Show. They were full to capacity but it didn't seem crowded and the service was very good. Breakfast room kept clean and fully stocked in spite of the many people they served. Our room was spacious and clean, the beds very comfortable. We have stayed here before and will likely stay here again.
**Absolutely Terrible Experience at This Hotel**nnMy recent stay at this hotel was so abysmal that I feel compelled to share my experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was a nightmare.nnFirst off, when we booked our rooms, we were assured that everything would be in order. However, when we got to the hotel, Alex at the front counter casually informed us that all the rooms were fully booked. Apparently, the call center, which is supposedly part of the Wyndham group, had no clue what was going on. This lack of communication was both frustrating and infuriating.nnTo make matters worse, all the rooms we were given were infested with bed bugs. Yes, bed bugs. We had to take pictures and videos to prove the disgusting condition of the rooms just to get a refund. It's beyond me how a hotel can allow such a severe issue to persist.nnOn top of the terrible accommodations, we faced the added stress and cost of scrambling to book another hotel at the last minute. Traveling with kids made the situation even more chaotic and costly, as we had to find alternative lodging for three families on extremely short notice.nnOverall, this hotel was a complete disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you value your sanity and health, avoid this place at all costs.
We had great stay, from front desk to house keeper they are very accomdating. The best part was the breakfast, we really enjoy the cheesy eggs and sausage. They have a variety of juices and yogurt to choose from. This place is highly recommended
Overall good experience my only issue would be the location it does attract some strange people that aren't guests of the hotel.... could be the area but it's something that should be addressed a bit more in my opinion. Overall it is a safe and clean environment and the rooms are pretty good.
Had noisy neighbors, Staff was quick to give me a new room.nGood breakfast .nStaff very friendly and helpful.nThey are extremely patient and professional.
