This is easily one of the cleanest, well maintained properties we have stayed at. The rooms are always impeccable as are the hallways, pool area, eating area, entrance and even the parking lot!nThe complimentary breakfast is excellent. Fresh, hot, tasty and has many options. Staff are attentive and friendly and refill food items in a timely manner.nEvery single staff member greets you in the hallway, are courteous and make you feel valued.
Stay here often for work. This hotel is great! Very modern and clean rooms. Front staff is very friendly and great to deal with. The fitness centre has good equipment and the hot tub and pool are nice as well. Breakfast has great options as well. This is easily the best hotel in Cold Lake.
Had an excellent visit here while on our house hunting trip. My spouse and I were very comfortable and the room was great. The pancake machine is a must. The blinds in the room blacked out the room completely, this is awesome for cold lake as the sun can set very late.
Room was nice and clean with lots of aviation related pictures on the walls you can hear the jets from the military airport but it’s not bad. The Staff I initially dealt with where vary condescending. And the elevator was down for the 3 days I was there.
