Ordered Medium rare filet mignon but received a medium well one. Steak was flavorful but the crispy onion’s portions is a bit too little. Overall the food was decent but was pretty disappointed with the doneness of the steak.
Steak was cooked to perfection and the wait staff were professional and friendly. We ordered ribeye with blue cheese button and sirloin with peppercorn gravy. Both were flavourful and cooked just right. Will visit again if we are in Medicine Hat! Side note: the dancing on Friday night appears to be clubbing kind of dance and people don't start dancing til midnight.
We were a group of 5 last night. The place was very busy for dinner, they apologized for sitting us near the dance floor although nothing was happening on that side yet anyway. It ended up being great because it was quiet and allowed us to talk easily. Food was fast and delicious.
Came down for work for 5 months. Have eaten here twice and the steak and prime rib are the best I have ever had! Phenomenal food. I don't like going to restaurants at all anymore because very few are any good anymore and this place has restored that a bit. I know where I will be eating when not cooking for myself.
I attended the bar side with the dance floor. They had a band in. I was looking forward to a DJ, but thats because I don't like country music. But the band was very lively and good and last live show of the year at Ralph's. So good job guys!!!Food: 5/5
My wife and I went to Ralph’s Steakhouse for valentines dinner tonight. I had the steak with hunter gravy, the wife had the stuffed chicken. The steak was amazing!! The gravy was beyond delicious. The service was fantastic, and the food made it out in a timely fashion considering they were slammed! Well worth every penny
Jenni R was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing! She was kind, funny and very helpful with the menu! The food was great, I got the Chilli Chicken on Wontons and the boyfriend got the Ralph’s burger. I tried his burger and that was best burger I’ve ever had. He thought so too. We were there on a Wednesday afternoon, but Jenni was nice enough to show us the back room/ entertainment area and explain what they do on weekends. We’re from about 7 hours away, but I will be back one day!
Ordered food and drinks, after a mix up in the kitchen the rest of the table got served after an hour of sitting there. I did not get my food at all. It's normally good there, but I won't return ever just from the fact that I sat there that long with no food.
