We had the BEST service at Rallye Hyundai! From start to finish the process was easy, stress-free and we experienced beyond exceptional customer service. We felt as though the entire team went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Our salesman was easy going, laid-back and educated us on our car choices and ultimately let us decide what car to get. We did not feel pressured at any point during the process, we felt they truly wanted us to drive away happy and that we did. The sales team was absolutely fantastic, and a great thanks to our salesman Nigel. C and our finance genius Vanessa. A! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next car!!

This dealership has had a lot of patience with me. I’ve been looking for a SUV for a long time now and Paolo was the one helping me all the way through. He knew what I wanted and what my budget was and found the SUV I’ve been looking for ! The staff is very friendly and welcoming but what made my experience better is Paolo!! He loves what he does and you can see it. He’s very personable and caring, I would text him late at night for random questions about my SUV and he would awnser right away ! Thank you Paolo and the team for this great experience.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff especially the beyond courteous sales specialist Nigel Cottreau and the beautiful finance manager Monica Melanson. Everyone we met were friendly. Let me share the story. My niece went to her car dealer to get an inspection, her car was rejected. Her dealer wanted her to purchase another car with them. I suggested that she look around. Which brought us to Rallye. We went into look and speak with a sales rep. My niece receive a very pleasant surprise. Rallye was able to put her in a 2016 Jeep Patriot with less than 2000 miles on it for less money per month with a 18% less interest rate than her dealer offered her. Warrantied till 2021. She was beyond happy and excited. I would highly recommend this dealership. They work together as a great team. Thank you again Rallye for making sure she had a safe and reliable vehicle.

I can't say enough about these guys! Courteous, knowledgeable, and there for their clients...my third purchase...always happy! Thank you Levi, you are so wonderful at your job...you explain everything so we understand...you knew what was best for us...love our Sante Fe LUXURY..NO LESS! Lol! And thank you Paolo for always taking care of us...sorry to make you late to cook dinner for your family! Always a pleasure to deal you guys. Thanks again! We love our new Sante Fe.
