We were here as a huge group over 50 people for an educational experience. We were served wonderful buffet food three times. The service was exceptional.I would like to mention. Errol was a wonderful customer service representative with us! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and great to deal with easy to check in! The cleaning staff went over and above For us and our rooms were lovely! We had to change our venue at the last minute and this hotel was very accommodating within walking distance of the forks is wonderful and close to many great restaurants and great architecture!
A great stay over May long weekend! We stayed in a king room on the 19th floor. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was somewhat dated, there isn’t a good vent working in there so when you take a shower the bathroom gets quite wet. I had to use a spare towel to wipe off the excess moisture on the walls. Also the outlets were somewhat inaccessible from convenient places but this wasn’t a big pain, just inconvenient. Outside of that, the service from the hotel staff was top notch and our check in and check out process was quick and easy. The location is the biggest perk of staying here. You are in the middle of downtown Winnipeg with all the convenience that comes with that. Great places to shop, eat and be entertained, all within a quick stroll from the hotel. Canada Life Center and the RBC Convention Center are just a couple of blocks away. The Forks is a 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel too. It’s also got parking on site as well as being a block away from the Graham Avenue Transit Mall. All in all, a very good hotel and I’d stay here again.
I had to chance to access the fitness facility of this venue as compliments from Holiday Inn that was under renovation. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. The fitness facility is good enough. Some older machines and I would have preferred a more robust cable machine to complete a good workout, but this was adequate enough for a few days stays in the city.
Well, Radisson Winnipeg you pleasantly surprised my expectations for all the comforts of home away from home. The front desk team was exceptional, knowledgeable and attentive to every inquiry. Here are a few who made my stay even that much better ... Rid, Raven, Fong, and Manveer. I had such a fab stay and their newly renovated rooms are so comfortable, bright and the beds ... Lovely!!!! I did enjoy a few meals in the restaurant and my suggestion is the burger. Fresh made patty with all the fixings and so good. Thanks Raven for the menu suggestion! Cheers, Spicy Jan
Just checked in and if I could get my money back I would checkout. Room was booked by team liason. The rooms are too small, beds too small. My Truck doesn't fit in the parking garage, but I still have to pay 17$ to park on the hotel curb and hope my truck doesn't get destroyed. If another patron comes and their vehicle doesn't fit we will be fighting for the ONE non existent spot. I'm furious. 200$ a night, no continental breakfast, no parking, unless you drive a car. The furniture is old and banged up. The bathroom has writing on the doors and walls. I highly DO NOT recommend this hotel.
