Great view, great food in the restaurant, comfy beds. Would have given it 5 stars, only we had an incident during our stay.nWe found a box in the closet of our room that contained what looked to be drug paraphernalia inside of it. Management was notified and they inspected the contents and discarded the box. For the inconvenience, management gave us vouchers for the buffet and paid for our parking, however they wouldn't reimburse us on the room as we had booked through a third party app. The way management handled the situation left us feeling undervalued as guests as the contents of the box left us feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. For our first visit, this wasn't the best first impression.
We really liked this hotel. The room was fabulous and the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The only thing that I would note is that there is a charge for parking it was $17/night when we were there.
Everything fine with the room and the hotel service. Except apparently you can’t go to the vending machine at 11 at night because Security will yell at you to go back to your room.nnAnd also just suggest they get rid of the magnetic swipe cards for the rooms because I probably went through about five of them because they kept demagnetizing.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Winnipeg, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service.nnThe hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. The rooms are spacious, modern, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.nnI highly recommend Radisson and look forward to returning in the future.
A lot of the reviews seem to be from before they renovated. Stayed here in October 2024 for a week. The service and cleaniless of rooms was almost perfect.nnJust some wierd plumbing noises could be heard from above the bathroom at times and the bathroom showerhead had some water stains other than that everything was great.
