Straight forward to check in. Did debit deposit as well. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and made me smile. My room is beside the pool but I don't mind because I'll barely be in my room anyway.nI love that there's loads of shops nearby too! Very handy.
Avoid this hotel unless you enjoy families fighting and screaming into the night and noise up and down the hallways. Police were called to the hotel at least twice during our 4 day stay and people were smoking weed outside the front door. Rooms have cheap paper cups and showers with inconsistent water temperatures. Rugs dirty and stained with god knows what. Beds soft and lumpy that roll you out to the edges due to a hump in the middle.TV quality was so bad the images were blurry. Restaurant food was good priced and the food was very good.nLots of kids and families as there is a water park for them. Room cleaning was inconsistent but overall ok although ,we had to ask for resupplies of coffee . For the quality of this hotel it was overpriced. This is a 2 star hotel at best.nThis hotel needs to get the guests under control and keep the noise down as it was a real bad experience because of this. If you do decide to venture here avoid the 1st floor at all costs.
My review is for Altos.nThe staff were nice at first until they realized my family were there on vouchers because we had a tragic incident happen on our lives and had to stay at the hotel.nnAt this point of one of our meals we had no money and had to eat there with our 2 children. When they seen we didn’t tip because we figured they could attain the rest of the voucher that we didn’t use the staff became Extremely cold to us. Didn’t greet us anymore and the staff member that stands out the most is the bigger Asian guy. He was the most rude ignorant person I have ever encountered in customer service and should not be working here. He wouldn’t even look at us like we were scum. One of the times we came to eat 45 min before they take their break he denied us to even go in. I felt pure hate from him and he rolled his eyes at us even ordering. Disgusting behaviour. Once we started tipping staff became friendly all of the sudden. Sorry that we had to wait to have some funds to tip but we were there under extreme circumstances and your staff should have some respect and compassion for people who have tragic things happen and that’s why they are there using vouchers.nnI will tell everyone AVOID this place. We are back on our feet and would never return here.nnAs for the hotel itself, it’s ok. The staff up front treat you kind of rude too once they realize why you’re there.
You could not pay me to stay here! First degree burns from the random temperature change in the showers, I had to go out and buy polysporn and aloe Vera to treat it. The room? Disgusting. In the drawers were popcorn kernels and other garbage from previous guests. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The building is incredibly out dated, it’s just so gross. I shudder thinking I stayed here. We actually couldn’t do the night here, it was just too terrible.
Received an email from the management Great Service. The water temperature was addressed, and I felt my concerns were heard and addressed.nnPool very coldnHallways needed cleaningnPipes in pool area rusted outnPiece broken in the room and throughout hotelnTavern doesn't deliver to the room
