Neat, very organized but paid parking. Because of covid there are some restrictions to visiting but there are hand sanitizer machines mounted strategically, Elevators are cleaned constantly.
The managers were all wonderful and caring. They insured respect towards their guests and the property. I would especially like to thank one of the managers, but I didn't get his name. He had glasses and short brown hair. He helped us quite a bit and we saw him going above and beyond for other guests. Thank you.
Lovely hotel for an overnight trip. The staff and the general manager, Raman, went above & beyond to ensure our stay was very comfortable and we were well taken care of.
The staff are always available when you need and does not give out a hard time for us to request something if its necessary. The pool are are okay.
The staff were so attentive and very friendly. They worked hard to respect our needs for sleep, cause we were taking turn sleeping at the hospital. It was our home.away from home. Not the newest of hotels but our room was always clean. The hospital rate was reasonably priced.
