Super nice receptionist and mammogram technician

To honor the pre-planned meeting for an ultrasound, I canceled my work and personal commitments. Without any explanation, my appointment was canceled two hours before. This is a lack of seriousness and respect. I wish I could give you a rating of zero.
I arrived 1 hour early for my appointment and they let me in right away! It lasted 10 minutes and I was already gone. Very fast!!!
If I could give zero stars I would.nIt's been FOUR times that I have made an appointment in St-Jérôme by calling them for an examination prescribed by my doctor. The four times they canceled me, including twice the same day. In addition to canceling the same day, they don't bother to call you to let you know or apologize for the inconvenience. It's unprofessional. The last time I called they admitted to having had a lot of complaints on the subject, definitely that doesn't bother them since they're starting again. Go elsewhere if your exam is urgent!
