The entire staff at CLSC Lafontaine is very professional.nI would like to especially thank Dr. Monday for his attentiveness, kindness, and expertise.
Every time I want to make an appointment with my family doctor, I never manage to speak to a person. I leave a message and I never get a return call. I have to go to a paying clinic to make an appointment with a specialist. I don't understand why there isn't an online appointment platform and why the administrative agents don't return calls. I can understand that they have a heavy workload, but it's not normal that users have to pay to get a consultation with a specialist, to benefit from care that should be offered immediately by the family doctor. It's a shame, but a big zero for user service. Evaluate the workload of the administrative agents, if necessary, but this is inconceivable for someone with a family doctor!
Not correct, the nurses, they want to evaluate you to change your own thoughts, I would put 0 stars on it was possible.
A big zero asks for home help it must have been 3 years loss of papers, lost my license because of a nurse who came to do my dressings and asked for blood to be taken at home makes me go from one number to another I have 5 numbers and there is one in the pile who calls me stupid like that can't be I explain to him that it's the 5th number and since Tuesday I've been trying to get answers. I hang on there is one who wakes up and calls me she tells me it takes the request to know if I have the right ok she hangs on to send me a link because the email is too long. I never received the link, she called me 20 minutes later to tell me not to come, wowww, don't get involved anymore, you die, can we file a complaint?...
