VERY UNSATISFIED. To begin with, the wait to get a secretary on the line is endless. Often I waited 15-20 minutes to reach someone.nnI was followed for my first pregnancy by a resident, with my consent. The follow-ups were ok, however, in the 3rd trimester, the resident was never able to answer me whether the baby's head was down. Result: I knew when I gave birth that the baby was in breech!!nnFor my baby's follow-ups, unable to get called when it's time to do the follow-ups. I asked multiple times to be called to give me appointments. No one calls me I have to do it myself and when I call, the schedule hasn't come out yet. The secretaries tell me that I can call at 8 a.m. for an emergency appointment. Since the birth of my baby, he has been followed 5 times since his birth!!!!!! I closed the file and will NEVER do business with them again.
No complaints. Very kind and efficient secretary. As a patient of Dr. Soriot, I find that I am treated very well, my requests are processed very quickly as long as they make sense of course. Thank you for your good services.
