I had an amazing experience at the clinic. The young radiologist Matilde was amazing, professional, and so human. My doctor’s referral was missing some information and instead of saying sorry, you must come back another time, Matilde offered to call my doctor and when he was not reachable, she told me keep trying to call him. She went above and beyond to help me, and I was able to have my x-ray the same day. Also, everybody else was very professional. The only thing that disappointed me latter a bit was that I was told that the results will be available in 3-5 days but on day 8 my family doctor still hasn't received them. I called the clinic on day 8, and the results were available, but only sent to my family doctor after my call that's why 4*.
I showed up on a Saturday thinking I could finally get my X-Ray done outside working hours. During the week is so difficult for me as I teach and I live far enough that with city traffic it would be virtually impossible to get there let a lone find parking. So I checked the Varad on Google and it showed that they were open on Saturdays. I drove over and found parking even though it was the Saturday that the city was celebrating the Santa claus Parade. Many streets in downtown Montreal were closed off. I paid for my parking and walked quite a few blocks to the clinic. Once there I noticed a sign on the door that stated that the were not opened due to renovation work. A women came to the door after I kept knocking . She explained that they had to do renos and that I should call first before coming and that I should have called first to make and appointment. I said that their website did not detail any information about it being closed and that even on their website it states that one doesn't need an appointment for an X-Ray. I also had called a few days prior and spoke to a receptionist, she knew of my intentions to cone on Saturday and she did not tell me that the clinic would be closed for renos nor did she inform me that the clinic is no longer opened on Saturdays. Why not tell me this vital information when I clearly asked about it. I just call to see if the clinic was opened ,Saturday, 3rd of December 2022 , the message stated the hours of the clinic it did not mention Saturdays were closed. If you know you are going to be closed for what ever reason doesn't it stand that you would want your patients to be informed? At least update your hours on Google and include them on your website so we can better plan our visits. And nowadays any renovations are known well in advance and can be transmitted to your clients easily. There wasn't any emergency renovation being done it looked clearly like cosmetic renos ,this had to be planned well in advance. It was costly for me to make my way there and only to be turned away. Gas, parking ,my time all as valid as the clinic's time and I should be compensated as they ask us to compensate them if we don't cancel an appointment within their prescribed time frames. I wasn't pleased for sure and that is quite disappointing seeing as I have been using their services for years and had never had any issues. Yes I can add that at times I have been witness to some of the front desk staff being rude to myself and to others. It always feels like we are intruding into their free time. We are patients with real life health issues and the last thing we are looking for is lack of compassion and disrespect. We just want to facilitate our recovery as soon as possible. Thank you. Jf
The staff are nice but horribly trained and unprofessional. They don't know what an MRI is or if they have it or not. They don't know they have Ultrasound eventhough you keep telling them you do!!!! Because I already done that there a month ago and it says on your website. I already gave them the copy of my doctor's requisition in person and they said to call later to book the sonogram but now on the call they say you cannot use a requisition twice while this is a new requisition with an updated date from my doctor to do a follow up sonogram! They are the most confused people I saw in medical setting!!!
Made an appointment for an ultrasound for my baby to see the date, and gender. Without this I can not book an appointment with the obstetrician. The appointment took one month I had to wait, I phoned to confirm and discovered the lady who booked it did not book it on a day when the technician that had that skill was working. I had taken a day off work to attend this appointment as well. Then they rescheduled it and could suddenly find one a week later. Ok why did I wait a month for the first one? So I phoned and asked about pee, usually you have to hold your pee before an ultrasound anyways I was put on hold. I thought that is a simple question for general rules. But she wasn’t sure. I’m not sure what is going on here very confused and confusing place.
A complete, utter joke. My wife had just gone there this morning for a Barium Study and the receptionist was extremely rude. She first said that there was no appointment and was surprised to see her there. After that, she made up some excuse about the machine not working and that they had informed us, which was a lie. We did not receive any such call or email at all, and she was adamant about it too! She then ended by saying that they do not know when it will get fixed. The least they could've done was informed us beforehand, my wife just stood there dumbfounded after having fasted for more than 12 hours with no food or water! Horrible, horrible clinic, avoid at all costs! Wish there was a '0' star option.
It was really quick and easy, no waiting time. I had an appointment with my doctor but not for the x-rays so I was amazed that it was so quick, it literally took 10 min maximum. The clinic is clean and quiet too. My name is Audrey Gagnon and my appointment was on may 13
I had a great experience, the clinic was hard to find but once I got there I was in and out in 10-15 minutes went on a Friday at around lunch time. The staff were all very friendly Joelle and Karine, overall I was pretty happy.
Excellent service. One stop shop for all my medical imagery. Receptionist was courteousZeena, assistant was very attentive and kindJoëlle, Dr. Baillargeon was professional and answered all my questions. Kim was very kind and patient. She made my mammogram experience easy breezy. Great place and a smooth experience all across. I won't go anywhere else. Many thanks for your dedicated, human service and for your availability and top notch sanitary measures during the pandemic.
Superb! Having read a few negative comments I was a little worry but I can say that I had excellent service from start to finish. The receptionist was polite,efficient with beautiful smile, the waiting area is very big and clean, the US and Mammography room were clean and restful. All my belongings were locked safely . My Radiologist and all the staff were truly efficient and took the utmost care of me , at the end I got the CD of my exams and a brief result to help me be reassured. Exemplary service all around! Congratulation team, highly highly recommend this clinic.
This clinic is very clean, professional, and soothing. For my ultrasound, they gave me an appointment within the week, when other clinics were giving a wait time of a month. The ultrasound was right on time, and the staff were exceptional. I was able to ask questions during; the technician was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
