Best customer service. Called in, was called back with a quote within 5 minutes and had the window replaced within an hour the next day. could not ask for a better experience. highly recommend this place.

The windshield on my Pathfinder broke and when I called Kelly's they had the best price and said they would pick up my vehicle. Everything went well until the glass got a stress crack. I called them and was told they would replace it under warranty. When I got it back the trim was missing from the sides of the glass. I was informed that they broke the trim and would replace it. This was in February 2017. It's now the end of May and there's no trim on my vehicle. Every time I talk to someone they tell me that they will come on a certain day and replace it. They never show and they never call to tell me. There have been at least 4 or 5 times they were supposed to show and never did. I was given the owners cell number. He never answers and never returns my calls. I was told yesterday that he would be in the area and to contact him. Well he's not where he is supposed to be and surprise! He's not answering his phone. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. SPEND THE EXTRA AND GO TO SPEEDY GLASS OR DUTCHERS OR ANYWHERE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER.
