We were on day 3 of a 37 day roadtrip, from Toronto, Ontario to Newfoundland, pulling a tent trailer without any working trailer lights. Back in Ontario, we took the vehicle and trailer to service 3 separate times, all of which were unsuccessful and were told they had no other solutions. We randomly found MacMillan's Auto Service around 6:15pm (yes, after closing hours) and walked in and spoke with a gentleman at the front which we explained our issue. Instead of turning us away and telling us they're closed, he took extra time to come outside to our vehicle (in the rain) and help not only diagnose the problem, but also fix the issue within a matter of 20-30 mins. We were highly impressed with the hospitality and customer service of MacMillan's Auto Service and would highly recommend this place to anyone, including locals and travellers passing through the area with any car troubles. Unfortunately we did not get the name of the gentlemen that helped us, however we would like to highly thank you for going above and beyond to assist us in fixing the trailer wiring.
