Can not even start to say how disappointed I am with this company. Blackmore was my mother's accountant for years and when she died I assumed that they would know what tax forms and such to finalize everything needed. Oh no, that did not happen! Two years after her death and 3 months after everything was finalized still nothing done. If anyone has ever gone through this then you know how badly you just want everything done and taken care of. Sadly, this was not the case whatsoever. Countless emails were sent from the attorneys and myself trying to get things finalized with no results. And then when multiple dates when things were supposed to have been completed had come and gone and I demanded that this finally be taken care of, they said they would no longer service this account! As if they had done anything in the first place! The depth of my disappoint is dwarfed only by the magnitude of their incompetence.
