I had made a reservation earlier this week for about 10-13 people. Some of my party had arrived earlier and I had told them to go on and pay because I will be late. I was informed by my party that I will need to be there to pay. Upon arrival I go up and ask about the payment mind you i called to make a reservation and asked if we could do separate payments, they said it would be fine and I’m told I will need to pay for both lanes we will be using rather than each person pay on their own so it will be “faster” although it is expensive for a minimum-wage highschool girl. I tried to explain and they said it’ll be easier to pay all together . We had brought our own food due to the reason of a dietary restriction that bourbon street does not provide for us. We had bought pizza from another place because it is suitable for our strict diets. The worker had come over to talk to us about putting the pizza in the back because we would not be allowed to eat it. We explained to them that we have restrictions to our diet that we cannot go against. He argued saying that we could order from bourbon street and that it is disrespectful to the facility. We explained that our diet requirements are due to religious reasons and that bourbon street does not meet those requirements. In the end he just took our pizzas and gave them back at the end of our visit just to make us eat outside in the cold. 0/10 experience, you should accept accommodations for someone else’s dietary restrictions instead of making them starve the entire time ‍
I made telephone reservations for 2 hrs of bowling one night. And when we got there I told the lady about my reservations she served me and I paid and off bowling we went. Turns out she made a mistake and only charged us for on hour. I was upset cause we had out of town people with us and were expecting to bowl for 2 hrs. So the manager and the worker worked together and found us another lane we can play on. Turned out to be the best last hour of our night.very well handled. So thank you Quinte bowl and Staff. Excellent customer service.
Decided it would be fun to take my family bowling yesterday.I figured being a Saturday that it would be busy, so I tried calling about 15 times to book a reservation. Our call was never answered or returned. We made the drive to Belleville from Napanee, just to be told that they were too busy and the earliest we could bowl would be the next day. Poor way to run a business in my opinion.
Good lanes! Great place for a family outing. My kids love going here, especially for the nachos.
It's good, lots of lanes. I played 5 pin and I'm unsure if they have more. But all that being said this place is run well. No shame in giving this place a try. I wish more people would. Good memories.
The party room needs a major update! Holes in the ceiling etc. Not the best look when you have people come from out of town to gather for family events.
Fun place to hang out with your family and friends. System a bit outdated but Easy to use. They have bunch of drink optionsalcoholic too with snacks. For children, they have smaller bowling balls and other features that make it easier to bowl.
Went to cosmic bowling on Sunday. Really fun. Reasonably priced. Fun for families. Food is good and reasonably priced. Overall very fun.
Unfortunately I have to give one star, but they don’t even deserve it, I did reservation yesterday and even mention that we will be late 10-15 minutes, we went there asked for our reservation they said you are late we already gave to someone without even calling us. Very rude and bad service, will never go again and will suggest my friends to prefer any other place instead of this place…
Tried to book a birthday party with them. They ignored several messages, terrible at communicating. I booked elsewhere. They were my first choice but any longer.
