Had two lanes booked for six people 2 who showed up late but the other 4 were waiting. The person on the desk put the four on one lane and when the other two arrived even though we had not started she said she could not put it as three and three. My friend was able to put the third name on the lane but half way through out second game the lane turned off. When we asked what had happened she said because we added the extra person all the frames were taken up. We did not use the frames on the other lane and she didn't fix the issue. We were there for a birthday so half the people there sat and watched the other half finish. It's a shame it is the only place in town or we wouldn't be back. What can you really expect from a bowling alley on a weekend. We were going to ask for a refund on the frames left on the other lane but I truly believe the employees would be incapable of understanding that .

Tired decor but fun. Bathrooms were clean. Food was very limited. Glow in the dark is only available too late at night for younger children. Did a birthday party ages 5 to 7 and the kids tired very quickly of waiting there turn. We were allowed to bring in craft supplies and our own cake as they do not offer this and we were able to use our party room to fill in the rest of the time as the kids only got through one of the two games of bowling that are included with the package. I'm glad it wasn't very busy because we would have had trouble keeping track of the kids who were tired of waiting for their turns to bowl.

Me and five friends went bowling here today, UNFORTUNATELY. They have a group deal for 6 people - 9.50 for two games and shoe rental. First, their ATM was broken so a couple of my friends had to find a different ATM to get cash as the bowling alley is cash only. This was not a big deal, just a inconvenience. Each of us paid our 9.50 and began playing, until we encountered equipment malfunction #1. The staff fixed it and we kept playing, until the screen told us we had to pay for a second game, which we had already paid for. I went to the counter and waited to be served, just to be ignored until the lady looked over at me and said "yeah?" Told her our lane wasn't working and she said they would reset it. It never reset, so one of my friends went up and they told him we did not pay for two games although we did, after some bickering and immense sass from the lady, they gave us the game. The alley then malfunctioned twice, then completely shut off. My same friend went back to the counter, just to have the same ladies tell him we did not pay, event though we did. At this point we just left, and mutually agreed we would be going to the uptown bowling alley from now on. 60 hard earned dollars gone to waste to a dumpy, poor staffed establishment.

Plenty of lanes of different types of bowling available at a reasonable price. Could certainly use an update, but it was quite busy. Be sure you make a reservation as it was packed on a Tuesday evening. Also they only take cash! There is an ATM onsite, but you're better off stopping at the bank.

I made a reservation online for 7 p.m for a large group of people on Saturday, but when we got there we were told that our reservation was not inputted into the system. We had also called the bowling alley 4 times throughout the day to confirm but there was never any answer. The lady at the desk did not try to compensate our wasted time and told us to come back at 9. I never go out of my way to write reviews but I'm very disappointed. What was supposed to be a fun night out with friends was ruined by the company's mismanagement and disorganization.
