Quinsam Medical Group Walk-In Clinic

Had a really good experience with my daughters. They got them in fast, and treated fast. They were all pretty nice to me except the one lady working the front desk, she was pretty rude. Other then that lady we had a very pleasant visit. The doc we went with *Dr Mcewen" is amazing, very kind, gets us into the specialist we need fast... and she doesnt just guess cures like my old soc, she actually does testing, research and makes sure we are healthy and happy.

Girl at the counter just laughed at me over the phone cus I said I haven't been able to reach my dr in over two month's. Very professional....

Rude drs and receptionist at both the walk in and the one down by london drugs. Very unprofessional. I dont care how busy you are or how stressful it can get. This is your job and you get paid to do it with a smile on your face. If it wasnt for the patients... There would be no paychecks. So treat your patients good!!! Take your time to actually help and not just prescribe and kick them out with a bad attitude and like you could care less about thier well being.

I’ve been to this clinic twice and both experiences were positive. Friendly staff, good wait times and Drs who listened to concerns and were very helpful.

Had to renew a prescription. My Dr from downtown was on duty. I went in at 445 pm and there was no-one waiting so I basically went right in. Exactly what I needed - in and out in probably 5 minutes.

On hold forever to find out they aren't giving flu shots... "we aren't doing them here". Don't walk in to the Walk in Clinic. Not friendly.

Had a very rude doctor, 100% seemed like he would have rather been anywhere else. Didnt even look at me, just typing things on his computer. Then prescribed me something that put me in the E.R for the rest of the day...

Always polite to me good and gracious doctors and staff faster service than most clinics

Incredibly rude woman working the front desk. Belittled my wife over the phone and was pretty much just an awful person. Will never be going here again.

It was a 2 day wait, but overall they were nice.
