VERY BAD COMMUNICATION between staffs for the delivery of my compression stockings despite 4 telephone calls made and received prior to pick up. First time secretary did not supply gloves and invoice despite total payment was made - saying she could not print it! They said they will leave a note on my file. Made another ride of course costing me more gas and my time secretary did provide gloves but could not print invoice saying she is new and depends on another Equilibre branch - I waited 45 min in vain she still could not print the invoice. What is more surprising, she told me I have to make an additional payment of $24 because the stockings increased in price within a week despite I made the total payment already in December!! Very ridiculous!!! Still waiting for my invoice for insurance purpose! Poor communication and incompetency between staffs. I saw the review of another client who made a similar comment about poor communication! So there is a problem for sure which need to be looked into there!!!
I dealt with Gabrielle, inhalotherapy specialist at the Brossard branch. She was very professional, punctual, responsive and thorough. She followed up regularly and provided very useful tips and information about the progress of my therapy. I recommend her without hesitation.
