Excellent halibut, as always. Light batter. But my sister and i both agreed that the coleslaw was a bit on the acid/sour side, which we don't recall on previous visits. Our waitress had the most pleasing friendly smile and personality. Sorry I forgot her name.
By far the worst courier company I have come across. I have to sign for the package, that according to the tracking, was being delivered on Sunday. It's now Wednesday evening and I still do not have my package. The delivery time changes by the hour. 3 days of waiting at home for nothing and now I will need to cancel my day tomorrow to wait around again! I have called, I sent emails, and had Fido phone them as well. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. I would give zero stars if I could. Why Rogers and Fido continue to use them is beyond me...
Customer service was polite and helpful, but they simply cannot deliver. Tracking information is rarely updated. The driver claims to have attempted to deliver, but I was home waiting for my package to be delivered. Cars on the driveway, porch light on, dining room light on; no knocks, no door bell, nothing. So much for the "2 Day Delivery" advertised by Fido. Very disappointing... Wondering why Rogers/Fido would contract a third party company like this.
This is definitely the worst courier service in the world. I ordered a phone through Rogers and the tracking information was incorrect they ask for a 4 hour delivery window if you can even get in contact with them, then they take that 4 hour delivery window they asked for, disregard it entirely, and try on a completely different day. Then once they try a delivery and you are unavailable during a time in the 6 day window your tracking information gives you they product gets returned to Rogers. There is no way to pick it up or any other way to receive the package after a failed delivery attempt. Company was obviously not logistically ready for this type of work. Would give 0 stars if i could.
This company gives zero %$&*'s about customer service. Waited around and wasted 4 hours waiting for my package that was never delivered. Called customer service and they said, "oh that's strange, I don't know why that happened", then hung up on me when I proceeded to express frustration. A quick scroll through the reviews on here gives you a good idea of what other customers think - terrible service and terrible customer relations. Unsurprisingly, they do nothing to rectify their poor PR and make no effort to engage with anyone who has submitted a negative review...FIDO should cease do do business with these people!
I'd give 0 stars if I could. The worst service ever. They lied multiple times about when the package would arrive. They refuse to answer their emails They claimed nobody was around to accept the package, despite living in a condo with a concierge who accepts packages. I have my strong doubts that they showed up at all to my place of residence as there was no notice left anywhere or with anyone. I truly don't know if I'll ever get my phone and I'm disgusted that Rogers and Fido would contract this shipping company. I regret ordering a phone online with Fido. A dodgy dealer on Ebay would've been considerably more reliable and accountable. Next time, I will go with Koodo.
This company is very difficult to reach. They did not reply to my emails even though they said the easiest way to contact them is through email. I called them and was able to speak to a representative after being on hold for 20 minutes. I wanted to reschedule a package delivery. The woman I spoke to was very nice and told me to come in to their office to pick up my package. I went to their office and was told that they do not give packages to customers who pick them up in person. The lady I spoke to at their office was extemely condescending and I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was given my package in the end. Overall, I did not have a good experience with this company.
If I could give zero stars I would. Rogers shipped a new phone to me using this courier which left me without choice in the matter. I can tell you Q does not stand for quick nor does it stand for quality. This farce of a courier sent me repeated text updates about the delivery, changing expected dates and times dramatically from day to day. On one occasion they even texted an updated tracking number advising the phone had been delivered when it had not. It finally arrived this evening at 730pm 8 days after it was ordered and 2 days after they lied about delivering it. I have no clue as to why any reputable business would ship anything with QMS. I had to call Rogers 4 times about the order which means using this horrific delivery service is further damaging Rogers’ reputation. The experience was so absolutely horrid, note QMS does not respond to calls or emails, that I literally will be asking every company I order something with who is handling shipping because I have a better chance of a goat delivering me ice cream in the Sahara dessert than ever being satisfied with this fly by night, one horse, embarrassment of an organization. BEWARE!!
I'd give this company 0 stars if i can help it. Rogers sent me confirmation that my order was shipped last Saturday 30 November. No updates on Sunday and Monday. I figured that it would arrive by Tuesday so I wasnt too concerned. As they requested, i sent them an email on Tuesday 3 Dec to tell them that I would be home on Wednesday or Friday to please deliver then. No response. as someone else said, the expected time of delivery changes approx 1 hour before the package is due to arrive. They then try to deliver on Thursday evening when I was at work. No delivery slip or proper telephone number or instructions on what to do next. All they say is send an email. I then sent them 2 emails last night, again no response. I called Rogers and they reached out to QMS and managed to get the hold on the order removed this afternoon. The company still couldnt provide an approximate time. All they would say is today. I called in a few minutes ago. The lady was very nice and polite but the best she could give me is sometime between 16h15 on Friday to sometime on Sunday. Do these people think that i can afford not to go to work and sit around for going on 4 days and possibly another 2 waiting for them to deliver a package. This is extremely unprofessional, irresponsible and discourteous, to expect someone to sit at home for a week waiting for these guys to deliver a package. I cannot for the life of me understand why Rogers or anyone else would use this company.
