Completely disrespectful team on the phone, I believe one was named Ashanti and the other Robert. Tried to ship a package, had all the details ready, they are completely incompetent and would not explain how to proceed with a pickup or payment. Who owns this place??? I'm going with Fed Ex!

If you like being overcharged enormous service charges for imports and being lied to explicitly on delivery times this is the company for you. I wouldn't give them an inch of my business ever again and never plan to I hate this company.

It's in the heart of downtown right near a construction site. Staff was very professional. Just be aware that you will need to pay for parking and walk a few blocks if you are travelling by car.

It's amazing they are in business. For a $24 package they are asking a $27 import processing fee. What a joke. I'd rather have my arms chopped off than to use dhl
