The staff are friendly, helpful & on-call for all your hotel & hospital needs It has strict security for your safety & wellbeing I give The Quest a thumbs up for everything they do for my loved ones

I didn't stay there, I only dropped something off for someone but it looks like there's a lot of action around there. Lots of security guards outside, but that's probably a good thing.Location: 2/5

My experience here was not good because I had room service and ordered chicken strips and I got food poison and the management didn't even care when I explained to him about the food, all he said was try to Sue me omg never will I stay here again Rooms: 2/5

A lot of people actually love ay this place. Its right in the downtown area. Great for all your entertainment pleasures as well as great shopping places close by. Portage place is only a matter of 2 blocks away and city place is only 1 block past that. They are both great places for shopping and food. They also have great places to just sit and enjoy a nice coffee with friends.

This motel is used by many for medical. It has had some upgrades. The stay has it's ups and downs. The rooms are clean but the atmosphere isn't very appealing. There are a lot of vagrants outside that are constantly asking for smokes or money. Lots of drug dealing also. The parking lot is small and always has a line of cabs that won't move so you can leave. Price is adequate, hallways smell of alcohol and drugs. Bar and VLTs are located in the basement and accessed from outside.

Staff very friendly and welcome you. Always keeping place clean. Renovations always on the go. Very helpful. SECURITY is good. Updating with your stay very helpful. For medical reasons taxis, ambulances, alot of room for parking. Good security for vehicles.

Vagrants and drug addicts hang around this hotel all the time. A few rooms have had bedbugs. Staff are friendly though and the location is really great because it’s so close to everything downtown.Rooms: 2/5

Awful place to stay . I was staying there for a few days and got food poisoning from the meals that they serve.

They have the worst food ever and top of that. The ppl that work there are rude. And they also have bed bugs, and top of that I found needles in the public washroom. This place is a pig pit
