Avoid this placennThe owners are obviously hoping for an autopilot business where they just go and collect their money and have no care otherwise.nnWent to detail a convertible. Tried 3 vacuums. None worked properly. Money gone. Vending machines out of service.nnI ended up leaving an OEM Chrysler 200 mat. Have tried messaging and emailing ever since and not a peep from this business.nnI have a policy. If a business doesn't take a moment to respond to any query. I don't give them another dime.nnEverything could be good until it isn't, then what? Don't take that risk, because they won't fix it. And couldn't care less. That is obvious in these reviews. Notice not a single response from management.
Went there on august 10th and had our first terrible experience. We went in the first bay and paid, but the washer gun didn’t work. We were still charged 4$. Went to the second bay and paid again, but there was no soap in the spray gun, we had to use the brush. With all this messing around, we ran out of time and had to pay another 4$ just to finish the rince. Total cost was 23$ and an overall frustrating experience. We tried to find a way to contact the owner, but didn’t find any contact information.nEdit: we just checked the credit card statement and we were charged 3x15$ for a total of 45$. We were regular customers for years but won’t be coming back now.
The sprayer has incredible power!!! Best in the City. I would love it if the foam brush produced more foam. I thought it was lacking.nOverall, this car wash did a great job. Absolutely love the new tap and pay system. Was $13 to power soap, foam brush, power rinse and wax. This is definitely one of the more expensive self-serve washes.nnJan2024 UPDATE: Tap and pay system failed to work today... Tried multiple cards, failed every time. Had to use paper money to get change at the machine. Disappointing.
Was there yesterday used the tap did a quick rinse usually costs $4 - when I was finished it said $6 but when I got home I was billed $15. Tried to contact them but got no reply. If you go only use CASH!!!!nnThey charge the $15 then refund your card according to how much the wash costs
Vacuum didn't work. Lost money. No attendant present. No phone number on Google or premises to complain.
