Based on personal experience, I must caution against utilizing this service. My own vehicle, a black car, sustained scratches and scuffs following its use. Therefore, I recommend seeking alternative options to ensure the cosmetic integrity of your vehicle. Furthermore, I was informed that management would likely dismiss my claim regarding the damage.
Had a great experience at Halo Car Wash! The staff worked together smoothly, were friendly, and delivered excellent service. Sterling the assistant manager was patient and thorough in answering all my questions, making sure I fully understood the process and options available. His knowledge and willingness to help made the visit even better. The teamwork and attention to detail are why I’ll definitely be coming back. Great job all around!

On Feb. 13, 2025 I came for a wash. Have done this before many times. I followed all directions - no braking, car on neutral, didn't steer out of the bay, and no auto brake hold system was engaged. Despite that, my car got stuck getting off the conveyor belt and got rear-ended by another car that moved up by the conveyor belt while I was stuck. Spoke with the manager, regional manager, and owner, and they each gave me different explanations on why I was at fault even though I followed all directions. Video footage proves I followed all directions, too. I asked them to look through the incident again since their explanations didn't make sense, especially after reviewing the video footage, but they chose not to.nnLast week, I got several text messages from their marketing service mentioning the car wash was closed due to repairs.nnSo my car gets hit, they claim it is not Halo's fault, then they spend a week repairing their car wash system?nnIf you value your health and safety and your property not being damaged, go anywhere else for a car wash.
Brutal. Had a few vehicles there. Did an ok wash. Expensive and their prices have gone up quite a bit since opening. Then they change unlimited to 15 a month and say it’s because it’s too busy which is complete BS. They weren’t making enough is all it is and water is expensive. So they reduce the amount of washes while keeping prices the same. No thanks. The place is a ghost town now. Never busy, especially since this announcement. Places like Shell can offer a monthly pass for $60 and it’s good for a wash a day for any car you want. Better option. Good luck.
