Recently visited Halo Car Wash for the first time and was impressed by the facilities. Staffs communicated well and Joel was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He introduced us to the various services, including the mat cleaning, and interior cleaning, and also took the time to explain the membership offers. My kid loved the toys and coloring paper provided. We'll definitely be back!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Halo Car Wash location.nnI brought my car in for a wash and immediately afterward noticed multiple scratches on the vehicle. I have photos from the night before around 11:00 p.m. clearly showing no scratches, and photos taken immediately after exiting the wash showing new damage.nnWhile not all of the scratches are perfectly linear, there are several areas where the scratches are clearly aligned with the direction of the car wash brushes, along with many smaller scratches clustered in the same locations. A professional repair specialist later confirmed that the damage pattern is consistent with automated car wash contact.nnManagement reviewed the camera footage with me but stated that the cameras are not detailed enough to show scratches. However, if the footage cannot confirm scratches before entry, it also cannot rule out that the damage occurred during the wash. I requested the raw entrance and exit footage to resolve this fairly.nnI was also told there was an incident shortly before my wash involving a vehicle part being lost in the car wash, which raises further concern.nnI am sharing this so others can make an informed decision. I have photos documenting the condition of my car the night before and immediately after the wash.
Want a fun, Quick, above average, convenient car wash???nnThe wash it self is the safest touch option never 100% risk free but neither is handwashing they also do tire shine and offer vacuuming station and carpet cleaning options. We only had one issue with the results and it was resolve immediately and fairly. The lights are very neat and entertains our kids while the car gets washed.nnDoes the membership work at any locations? Yes! Is the wash perfect? No! Does it miss spots? Yes! Is it better than other automated car washes? Yes! And surprisingly, it’s also very quick!nnThe only thing I will say is that the membership is expensive and there is no multi-vehicle package! Hopefully they will work in that!
Based on personal experience, I must caution against utilizing this service. My own vehicle, a black car, sustained scratches and scuffs following its use. Therefore, I recommend seeking alternative options to ensure the cosmetic integrity of your vehicle. Furthermore, I was informed that management would likely dismiss my claim regarding the damage.
Great experience from start to finish. Easy to select your wash type and pay. Friendly staff guide your vehicle onto the conveyor belt. And my car emerged at the other end of the tunnel dryer than any gas station drive thru car wash I have ever tried
