Amazing staff, caring pharmacists and loving doctors. They are always available especially working full time the hours are phenomenal. These doctors are very knowledgeable as well as the pharmacist. Definitely a place I trust!! Reception girls are also very friendly and helpful especially when I’m in a panic!!!

Best medical clinic I’ve ever been to. Very knowledgeable doctors, very friendly staff. The Pharmacist was amazing too! Was in and out in no time

Went here for the first time a little while ago when I was sick, only because my family physician was away. The front desk, pharmacist, and physician seemed friendly. The issue I had was that I was handed multiple prescriptions afterward, some which had multiple side-effect warnings and a hefty combined finiancial expense. I was surprised considering I had similar symptoms a couple years prior and only given 1 med by a different walk-in clinic. I decided to mull it over before taking the drugs. Upon returning home I was talking to a relative who took their young child there because their family physician wasn't available. She was given a prescription but hesitated, and held off to see her own physician. When she got in to see her physician she was already naturally healed (without the prescription), and the physician said that the dosage that the doctor (at Queens) gave was far too high for a young child, so it was a good thing she didn't take it. A little hesitant myself, to drug my body up with a handful of prescriptions, I waited for my physician to come back as well. I told him my symptoms, and showed him the prescriptions. He was genuinely puzzled and concerned for why I was prescribed so many drugs, except for 1. He said one of them wasn't even relative to my condition. He told me to continue to use the 1 (antibiotic) but not touch the others. I understand sometimes some physicians have different recommendations, from different experiences... but it's also necessary to get a 2nd opinion sometimes.

it is very difficult to find a good doctor when you move. Had been using this office for about a year just because no other local doctors accept new patients. Worst experience with doctors so far at this clinic. Doctors do not listen and are not knowledgeable. The main agenda is to streamline the patients through and meet their targets sales for pharmaceuticals. PS: this office called me up after this review was posted and asked to come in to review my test results. After one hour wait I saw the doctor to be confronted about this review. Can it get more unethical than this??

I have been a patient (not a walk-in) for about 2 years and I am now 17 weeks pregnant. I was first seeing the male doctor (Dr. Mikhail). He was really awesome and had amazing bedside manners, and took the time to talk to his patients. Any issue I had was resolved by advice, further testing, medication or referral with my 100% satisfaction. I then started seeing the female doctor (Dr. Kassem) as I was planning my pregnancy. Dr. Kassem was lovely the first 10 weeks of my pregnancy although I had a problem with a young receptionist observing a very private test - she is NOT a health care professional and nobody asked for my consent. I felt violated upon finding out she was not a nurse. I did not like that the office called me to come to the clinic with every single result they received - good or bad. As a pregnant woman, I would get scared and feel forced to urgently come see the doctor (leave work, find alternative child care, etc) and go there to find there is no reason for concern. I think a standard for clinics is for them to call me only if there is something wrong... I started to feel that they were just trying to make money over such frequent visits, at my emotional expense. At 11 weeks, Dr. Kassem said she had referred me to the ob-gyn of my choice and that the ob-gyn would start following me at 15 weeks. I still haven't received any calls (6 weeks later). I recently found out that they were slowing down important testing and charging me for forms just to find out 4 weeks later that the forms were never sent to the government although I paid in full as asked and was promised they would be sent same day. The 20 year old receptionist is very inappropriate, highly incompetent, slow and unable to communicate. She also needs serious help with her dandruff issue - you are in healthcare industry - your healthy appearance matters! She really needs to be replaced ASAP. I haven't seen Dr. Kassem in several weeks as I cannot even enter that office when this receptionist is there. I haven't received any calls from the ob-gyn. The frustrating fact is that I need to be followed regularly as I am pregnant. Very... Very... Very disappointed. Please replace your front staff. Joyce is courteous and professional, but the other one seriously has to go. You are dealing with sensitive matters as a clinic. Her knowledge and communication are 2/10. Without her this review would likely have been a 4 or a 5!
