Queen Nails

My wife and daughter attended the establishment this evening. Dec. 1st. Major communication and language barrier. Daughters nail is crooked, wife's nails weren't longer than her originals. Matter of fact they cut them down. Wouldn't give the correct nail Polish colour. Misunderstood and gave a manicure instead. Misunderstood and charged for gel nail Polish, and didn't do gel nails.....gel 'powder' nails....and then designs were additional for extra nails, and they didn't let them know before hand. Charged for all their mistakes. Certain nail Polish was additional $10......suffice it to say, they will never return. Nobody should visit them. Nobody should allow them to continue making money. PLUS, when paying by debit, they MAKE you choose a tip....as if it wasn't bad enough for the poor quality and poor service, then they make you tip for it too?????? Unreal...!!!! Their video calls were consistently removing them from finishing their work.....took them almost 2 hours. Very poor....never again!!!

I have gone to Queen nails for many bio gel sets and fills... never have I been more disappointed with the service. Friday I got a full set of bio gel nails, the edges were not cleaned up and sloppy. A day later the gel chipped right off my nail, the girls were good and brought me back in to fix it for free. The nail they fixed looked 10 times better than the rest of the nails they originally had done. Two days later another nail chipped off and all I had done was open a spice jar. I called ahead to let them know I needed my nails redone and the gel to be applied thicker as my nails are already weak and brittle. (Hence, why I got the gel in the first place.) I was booked in today at 3:30 pm to then find out after I had driven 20 minutes in, that they only thought I wanted the one nail fixed after I had explained what I needed done over the phone hours prior. They made me sit and wait 45 minutes while they worked on another person who came in 20 minutes after me. After 45 minutes I asked how long I would be waiting and they told me another 30 minutes. I then walked out with nothing. I have had to go back three times in four days to fix the work they did. A 20 minute drive there and back. 40 minute drive total. I have had bio gel nails done for the last 7 years and have never had them chip or break. I am beyond disappointed and definitely won't be going back.

Two ladies working both were very friendly and did nice work. Enjoyed my visit greatly but would recommend leaving extra time as they were very thorough and it took longer then expected.
