Not family friendly Our family along with another family decided to take two days to get away. Our first nights' stay was a huge disappointment. Starting at about 6 pm a group of rowdy guest began drinking around the pool area - there is a sign that clearly states that alcohol is not permitted in the pool area. Not to mention that being around a group of drinkers is not my idea of a safe setting for my children. As the evening went on the noise levels continued to rise. My wife and I began to put our children to bed, but were unable to get them to sleep with all the noise from the pool. The other guest were yelling and screaming, slapping pool noodles and making excessive noise. At 9:45, I took my complaint to the front desk. The person working at the desk basically laughed off my complaint and said that they were paying guests and that they had every right to use the pool. She said this was a recurring problem with these guests... I asked if it was normal for there to be alcohol pool side and she said the entire building was licensed. She did close the pool at 10 and it was quiet after that. The next day we were assured these guests were not staying a second night. We decided to give the hotel another chance as we did not want to disappoint our children. The second night was quieter but I was still anxious and did not really enjoy my stay. When checking out, I shared my complaints with the front desk. I thought we were getting a 100$ credit, but it ended up being a reduction of the rate from 116$ to 100$. The person at the desk said that was all she could do. After waiting several days I contacted the hotel and spoke with someone. They apologized for the errors made. She asked if there was anything they could do to make up for it. I said I did not think I should have to pay for a stress filled two days. She said she would refund me. I then said that it was really too bad because the pool area is nice. She said she would send me a voucher to give them another chance. I received the voucher a couple days later... but still no refund... Apparently she claims that she thought the voucher was instead of the refund and that she never offered to refund two days. I don't trust this hotel. Finally I voided the voucher and got a refund... but only for one day. I had to go to the Franchising Company to get a full refund... HORRIBLE.

Positive - the in-suit kitchen is great. We were booking with a hockey group. We requested a room next to the pool as my boys are in the water often. We were told we could not book with our group as there were no more pool side rooms available unless we got a King room but would not get the group rate. Our room is not next to pool........ at all........and now we are not in our group block nor do we get our food vouchers or the group rate. I asked front desk about it. Of course we can’t be moved as there are 3 tournaments this weekend and the manger isn’t back until Monday. Why is there not a weekend manager? Update we received a call to resolve the issue. Thank you Quality Inn for the vouchers.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is completely friendly and efficient. As we were there for medical reasons we were given a discount. They have a basket of apples at the check in just for us. So cool!! Biggest bonus.....CLEAN!!!!

I great place to hang your hat. And drink your life's problems away. Then waking up the next day like a truck hit you.

Very nice quiet rooms. Staff very helpful with any situations. Having a restaurant on site is great.
