Quality Inn

The hotel looked nice, the lobby area. Hotel has two floors and no elevator. The fridge didn't have a freezer. The bed was comfortable and the shower was decent.

Avoid this hotel language problems with staff breakfast is over at 9 and cold hotel in itself was cold always were frigid rooms took over an hour to get warm out dated I should have stayed at the Super 8 next door

For anyone looking for a hotel as you are passing through Ottawa, IL... KEEP ON LOOKING!!... This place is not only outdated and dirty, but they will accuse you of things you didn't do. I was charged $300 for a broken gate, only because I was in the vicinity of the broken gate. Does this hotel have the motto of "Customer's always right?".... NO... They argued with me, and told me that there was nothing they could do except to run my card on file and charge me for it. I would not wish ill will on anyone, and I do not wish anything bad on the staff or anyone at the hotel. However, what I DO wish, is for everyone who is reading this, to PLEASE choose another place to stay! It is NOT worth it for you to be charged for something YOU didn't do. Their business is not run on honesty and the best interest of their guests. PLEASE... as you are looking for a nice place to stay as you are on vacation/ passing through... DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!!!

My boyfriend and I booked 2 rooms there, #106 and #129. This is a family owned and not corporate owned which makes a huge difference in your stay. The owners seemed very friendly however I agree with a lot of the reviews that were left. There is an odd scent in the rooms. In #106 there were no standard, soap, shower or conditioner bottles, only lotion but was in #129. In #129 our air conditioning wasn't working. It kept making a ticking noise so we just left the fan on. I wanted to inform management but the other reviews on here intimidated me because there were other issues similar that didn't get resolved. One more thing, when I booked this hotel it said there was a pool for this location. When we got there no pool, I thought maybe I looked at the wrong hotel. I get to my room to double check on my phone and a pic of the pool was online. I took a screen shot of it too In case I'm told otherwise again. Anyhow, this hotel is decent for $100. But there are other options out there with a pool and the same price.
