Excellent service, some adjustments had to be done and they came back and made those adjustments in a timely matter. Eric and Remi were great at explaining everything to us great quality dock. Hope we will have many enjoyable Summers on it.
First-time buying a dock and Charles from Quai Lafantaisie was so helpful in helping us decide the right dock configuration. The price was good and they delivered on the agreed upon date. The dock itself is great, we were impressed with the quality of the materials and workmanship. We installed it ourselves with the help of a neighbour and couldn't be happier!
We now have a beautiful new dock thanks to Quai Lafantaisie and Sylvain and Merlin. Despite the long wharf and various challenges, they worked tirelessly, and answered all our questions. Excellent customer service! Thanks as well to Frederic in the office.
From design with Chris - back and forth many times - to installation - on a day with pouring rain, everything was top notch. I chose Quai Lafantaisie base on a friends recommendations - and I will pass that same recommendation on to whomever I meet - thank you all !
Excellent service and punctuality. The new deck works fantastically and can’t wait to enjoy it for the coming years.
