Invesco is a great company, very professional, they built our home which is over one and half million, what we found great about Invesco it’s the quality of their work, impeccable, and the after delivery service, always available and on time.nWe do really recommend them, congratulations Sebastien and Alex great work.
Found the Kicking Horse project on Kijiji, called and made an appointment to see what I was told was the last lot of the project. They didn’t have a spot on the weekend that worked out but I was guaranteed that if I came Monday, they would hold it to give us a chance to bid if an offer came in. That guarantee was meaningless. They sold it over the weekend after saying they aren’t “used car salesmen” and “don’t do business like that”. Slimeball move

In June 2019, we met Mr. Alexandre Desjardins from Invesco Habitation. Through an exceptional choice of land and with a lot of patience, Alex helped us find the perfect land for our retirement home. The work began as planned and in 2021 we took possession of our beautiful house. At the start of the work, we met the brilliant team from Invesco. We quickly gained confidence with those who would now take care of our project. Then, the pandemic!nnWe had concerns but the team quickly reassured us that all precautions would be taken to minimize delays. They kept their promises and the deadlines were short. The quality of the work of the employees and the materials has always been consistent among all those involved in the project.nnWe want to conclude that even with small inconveniences, the team members did not hesitate to discuss openly and everything was resolved quickly. The politeness and vigilance of the site manager, as well as all those who participated in the construction, were of an exemplary level of professionalism.
