I've been using qtrade for more than 10 years and finally decided to move since slow service and almost impossible to get hold of them. I rarely move for better service or fees but I gave up on this company.
Don't even try to open an account. Seems like months would have passed without any inquiries on my end. I know we have limited discount brokerage options but look elsewhere.
The WORST customer service. Used to be a good company but now I am truly appalled by how bad they are - reaching someone by phone is impossible. I'll be switching.
Great platform for the investor who knows what they are doing and willing to learn. I'm getting great results.
