Discussed with how unprofessional and completely incompetent or companionate to the outstanding loan that was owed by our DECEASED family member. Took advantage of a very young, grief stricken, 20 year old son of deceased brother. Told him he had to pay out IN FULL the debt. Son is not nor ever was power of attorney or executor. NO one should ever have to pay out of pocket NO one when money is owed from estate. Disgusting and heartless, money monster company. I will continue to spread the word to never use this despicable company. If you are purchasing a automobile, motorcycle, or any other financing equipment BEWARE of this lender.
