Tried their Family menu! Food was filling. Chicken was crunchy! Queso with chips was mouthwatering! 5 star for food but front desk denied the free chips under my rewards account. Regular customer take a note not all of things in rewards can’t be redeemed at store.
Ordered a burrito bowl with guacamole through the app and it came with a big piece of avacado! I can’t understand how they missed this! Wife’s order was also sloppily prepared: sides were missing, the lid wasn’t closed properly and no spoons in the bag. Food tasted ok, but overall a disappointing experience.
This place is so filthy nasty inside the dining room. I don’t know how anyone would actually dine in. With that in mind what does the kitchen look like? YUCK. I work fairly close so in a pinch I eat here because no one likes a delivery fee. I’m always hopping I don’t get food poisoning. Haven’t ate here in months…. Should have kept it that way. Not only is does place look like it’s never cleaned but the food was cold and mediocre. If you can avoid this place please do so at all cost.
Seems to prioritize walk-in orders over mobile orders so people who order ahead of time still have to wait. They are short staffed so I understand if it takes a minute, but I strongly believe that if someone comes in for a mobile order and it’s not ready, all effort should be put forth into getting that mobile order out as soon as possible regardless of if it holds up the main line. This is not the case at this location. Also, big red flag driving by and seeing all inside lights on and open sign on at 1am when they are obviously closed. Makes me wonder if the door was even locked since there appeared to be so little effort being put into other parts of closing.
The two star review doesn't reflect any issues with the staff. They are short handed all the time and I give them credit for showing up each day. The one thing I have seen the last few times going in has been an issue with prioritizing duties. The staff seems to have trouble staying on one task and a lack of training seems evident. I see complaints about tables and the floor not being clean. That is not fair, as the staff does get to it if they ever get caught up. The other thing is that this location MUST eliminate the pickup orders and delivery orders. Since it's been offered the last few years, it leads to a problem every single time I order. This location has the most rude and demanding people picking up. I haven't seen this store fully staffed in a long time and they need to stop enabling this sense of entitlement for online orders. The staff always has to stop in the middle of making my burrito to cater to these pushy people. Because of this, I will walk right out the door and go elsewhere if the line is longer than 3 people. I love the food here, but dred attempting to come in each time because these issues. Even if nobody is in front of you, it can turn into a 20-30 minute process to get your food if a few people come in to pickup and start flailing their arms around by the register.
The portion was small for what I paid for it. It tasted good, though.Food: 3/5
Been there several times recently for dinner and it is never busy. Came to realize that's probably because the food quality varies from mediocre to barely edible. Overcooked meat, undercooked rice, soggy veggies, dry salsa, etc. Also not properly cleaned. Gave 2 stars since employees are nice. I'll be eating elsewhere now.Food: 1/5
This location is in total disrepair, and every surface is less than clean. The dining area is barely filled and yet somehow every table is covered in left over food and the floor is just as bad.
Literally just got unwrapped my burrito and they clearly don't know how to wrap them. I can't even eat this thing it's a mess. The girl making it clearly just started and no one cared to help her.
Ordered a chicken quesadilla and they were out of chicken so I was forced to pay more for steak. The girl forgot to put the paper on the grille when grilling the quesadilla so it all stuck and fell apart and had to be remade not a big deal everyone makes mistakes but No one told me it had to be remade I just watched them do it and when remaking it they did not check with me what was in it and they forgot some of the things I had originally ordered. After standing and waiting for my food it was not grilled enough and just fell apart immediately and I couldn’t even hold it
