This location of QDOBA has ok guest service, but high quality food despite there disgusting bathrooms. The men's and woman's bathroom had a grotesque smell to them. Plus it looked like it is not maintained at all. I highly doubt that there bathrooms are cleaned daily or even weekly! There was rust on on the metal handle bars and even the plunger was rusty. I almost did not wash my hands because there sink faucet was dirty and full of limescale and calcium buildup. Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options on the menu. Kid-friendliness: They have booths and tables for a family with kids. Parking: Great parking as well as handicap parking for those who need to use it Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp and all doors and entryways do meet the American with Disability Act and meet minimum OSHA safety and quality standards.
No meat! Got sick twice here. They use to be good and at least fill up the burrito bowl .. now it’s about screwing everyone a tiny bit so they don’t notice. Why is the cook loading my bowl anyways. Lost my biz!
This has been the only Qdoba I’ve had so many bad experiences at. They always have a hard time handling even the smallest crowd and we have most recently experienced food poisoning after eating at this location.
Go there once a week to order food for myself and coworkers. Quality food, quality service/ people. Quick and clean Keep up the good work ~Raven Vegetarian options: Nah
I typically love Qdoba but the called in order wasn’t ready when I arrived, store was not busy. Waited 10 minutes and they still got it wrong. We ordered rice and no beans, they did the opposite. Probably best to choose Oconomowoc Qdoba, love them
This location stopped serving at 9:20pm when the location is open until 10:00pm. The workers were very lazy and refused to serve us when the location was open during business hours. The workers didn’t want to work or serve us during operating hours and lied about their systems being down. Corporate needs to hire competent people with work ethic!
Lovely experience at the Delafield Qdoba for lunch. Very friendly, generous staff and good, hot food provided quickly. The chips are always the best!
Management needs to make sure staff is getting their sizes right with online orders. Picked up my online order, got home and realized my LARGE sides that I paid full price for were put into the tiny little side dishes. $7 for a spoonful of guac. Cmon, I can’t feed my whole family with this. Garbage service. Management needs to figure this out. Accuracy defeats speed every time. I expect this from McDonalds, not Qdoba.
Super long line employee seemed to have no idea how to hustle and get people processed stood in line for about 10 minutes and didn't even move gave up going to go to a different restaurant. The icing on the cake is the girl with multicolor hair that did not have a hair net or a hat or hair is just kind of flopping as she wiggled her head while she's making the food I wonder how many people are going to end up with hair in their food it's atrocious Qdoba is not doing real good with reputation I think if they keep this behavior up.
Service was horrible. Got there at 10:40 they open at 1030. Counter person was rude got a chicken burrito. Shell wasent warm. It was crunchy. Skimpy toppings for 1250 with a small soda.. Poor... Very poor I don't mind spending the money if the quality is there, this was not
