Place is neat and has a unique decor. It has Patio as well. Menu is very minimal and have very few choices. We wanted to try chicken. In the starters there was only ONE chicken option which was unbelievable and so disappointing to us. we tried chicken sliders and the taste was just okish. It came with a little bun and coleslaw sandwiched between the chicken. Next we ordered Mushroom truffle pasta. For a 27$ dish, the quantity was so less. When we tasted, it had less salt. We tried to call the waitress, but no one was there or super busy to respond as we were dining inside and the main crowd were in the patio. When we finished the dinner and we asked for cheque we had to wait quite sometime before we could get the cheque as the waitress was busy with other people. When the front desk person asked what we want for drink and when we said we don't drink and we want warm water. She glared and repeated the same twice with a sarcastic face and tone. It was not a very good experience and we had lot of hopes for this place as we visited it for the first time. In general I felt the quantity is less compared to the cost , menu spread and choices can be increased and waitress can be friendly and give the guests a memorable experience.
I came here with the family for my father’s birthday. We were seated by a lovely hostess who was also our waitress. The layout of the place is a mix of modern and traditional. We grabbed the charcuterie board for the table before we decided on our mains. I had The Black Orchid, which was fantastic. It’s not often I have pizza without meat on it, but this one with mushroom and truffle was great. There was also a truffle glaze on it which I’ve never had, which was I think the star of the show. Prices are fair, you get what you pay for. Waitress said bye on the way out which is something you don’t see at many restaurants. I’m picky here but if there was one complaint, it’s that the music is louder than it needs to be. Awesome, and it’s likely I’ll come again!
Great great ambience, nice decor. I think it would be the right place for a first date. The menu is quite short with not a lot of options for pizza. We had 2 pizzas and they were cooked to perfection, but the amount of cheese and tomato sauce was not enough for a juicy pizza. It seems to me a little dry. The quality of ingredients was ok though. The staff was very relaxed, but we didn't wait long to finish our dinner. I would probably go to try they drinks.
Pizza were excellent, service was excellent and price was fair. Our pizzas came out perfect! Good ambience and tasteful decorum. Our server Andrea was attentive and checked in with us to ensure everything was excellent.
Tldr: meh. Place is very interesting! Great decoration, and great atmosphere in general. Food is meh. I'm not an expert in Italian crusine but I found the Truffle pasta too greasy and too thick. Pizza is good. We ordered the Scandal pizza, nothing out-of-this-world great, but I think it's better than most restaurant. Music is one thing that turn me down considerably. With a high-end looking restaurant and mordern decorated interior, playing euro beat in the background is a big turn off.
PZA is amazing! From the atmosphere to the food to the staff. Everything is perfection. Pizza was delicious, and appetizers and pastas were so good. I can't wait to go back for more! Thank you!Food: 5/5
Food was amazing - will definitely be back for the pasta. The ambiance was cute.
Very strange dining experience. The wait staff were cold didn’t say hello, smile, ask how our meal was or interact with us beyond taking our order. Every food item that was order came differently than described on the menu Burrata came with toasted slices of white bread not focaccia, Brown Sugar Squash pasta came without squash or nuts, Black Orchid pizza came drenched in balsamic glaze instead of truffle Essentially, everything that could go wrong, did. I don’t understand why anyone would choose to eat here when there are so many fantastic Italian places nearby. I won’t be back even if the food is free.
I had been a few times however lately the quality of both food and service is declining. For the first time I tried the pizza with sausage and rapini, however super disappointed to find that you barely get any rapini or sausage on the pizza. You are basically eating a white pizza with nothing on it. It also wasn’t busy however it took our server a long time to greet us and also at the end once we asked for the bill. You can’t possibly be charging what you do for the pizza i orders with barely any of the main ingredients you have advertised.
The oddest dining experience… there are so many good reviews so it’s very disappointing that was not our experience. The service was strangely unwelcoming and impersonal. Wait staff not once asked how our food was, or if we needed anything else. We were 1 of 3 tables… it was a slow Sunday lunch. The food was mediocre and every dish came out differently than described on the menu. Not kidding - Every. Single. Dish. When we brought it up for our final dish, the server offered to have it remade but didn’t offer an apology. Overall, would not recommend.
