When someone buys a pizza, I tend to eat it without complaining. But today's pizza was not. I was planning to eat pizza in the summer breeze. But all my plans were ruined by this pizza. The pizza I ordered is "yorkville special". I've had this pizza at another locations before. At that time, the taste of the pizza was so delicious that it was indescribably delicious, and once I tasted it, I couldn't stop until the plate ran out. I didn't even visit this pizza when it first opened. This pizza dough was overcooked. But the dough was so burned that it looked black. And the cheese... not melted at all. It boasts freshness as if it was just taken out of the refrigerator, and with every bite, a whole chunk of cheese fell to the floor. Does the staff there know how to make pizza? It was the first time I realized that pizza can go into an oven and come out in 5 minutes. As far as I know, this pizza brand has been around for a while. And the reason it's still in business is probably because it has brand power. But this store doesn't care about that at all. Beware of selling anything. I will never go to this location again. If you can, please AVOID this location!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered from here because I can’t eat gluten or dairy. I would have ordered vegan cheese but I do not like the brand they use. Ordering ONE small pizza on here from Uber cost over 30 bucks, you pay 4 bucks extra for GF crust which was the only good part of the order even though it wasn’t cooked long enough. When I got my pizza they decided NOT to put tomato sauce and all the toppings I asked for and paid for. When you pay a lot of money you think they’d care a little. Half the toppings on this joke of sad looking “pizza” were half burned, half entirely raw or partially cooked and they tasted not fresh or good. It’s like they put in messed up oven for too short a time. I even found a piece of walnut and had some honey on my pizza because of it. Not good if you’re vegan / nut free. Do not order from here, it’s overpriced, not fresh and not made with any care and you don’t get what you paid for. It was messy low quality ingredients topped on a tiny crust that was hardly cooked. Skip this place. Not worth your money for the service and what you at all. As others have said they are super cheap with how much topping they give you and it’s low quality, literally about half the things I asked for were missing.

I think this is the first time I am rating a restaurant with one star. This could be an off-day for them, and maybe their pizza oven was broken or something. I ordered via Uber-eats, and they managed to deliver the worst pizza I ever had. It was soggy limp bread, too salty, and it was cold on delivery. The size is smaller than I expected for that price. My kids did not eat it. I don't think this is how they usually serve their pizza though. If this is how their make their pizza usually they cannot be in this business for too long. So, anyone who is reading my review please ignore this. I am only putting this review in place just for the record, that this actually happened at least once. and I later saw another review of the same nature though

Undercooked. sauce was very bitter, wilting basil and bland cheese. Wasn't much ingredients on pizza/ it all fell off when I picked up the slice. Cooked bottom raw top. Not worth the price for a basic pizza. Crank that oven heat up.

Best gluten free pizza hands down they make their own dough It’s fluffy and light and the pizza is cooked perfectly. Definitely enjoyed it !

I visited this location and order two build-your-own pizzas. The 3 staff members there were friendly, and made sure they knew exactly what we wanted for each pizza dough, sauce, cheese and toppings. They were quick and put a generous amount of toppings. We were in and out in about 5-10 minutes, and the pizzas tasted great! Fresh ingredients and the dough was cooked perfectly, definitely recommend!

I love the salads at PiCo. This would be my first time leaving a review but my 5th time ordering one. This store was immaculately clean and the lovely lady who served me was very conscious about changing her gloves between adding ingredients. The produce was fresh and the selection of toppings is endless. I couldn’t think of anything else they should add to their product line up. Thanks again for an awesome lunch and see you again soon!

10/10 Recently decided to try Pi Co after seeing it in my local mall for so long. And I have to say it is some of the best pizza I've had. The quality feels like it's a high-end restaurant, and the speed they make the food in! Incredible! I look forward to telling more people about this place!

Pizza might be OK, but customer service is terrible. Don't order using their app. Placed an order using the app. It's not super friendly but it works. Pizza arrived about 35min later - so far ok. We did contactless deliver. when we open the boxes - we realized this is not what we ordered. not even close. I immediately called the location. Put me on hold for a while. then I was told there was a mistake and driver picked wrong order, and they asked me to drive there to pick it up ?!. I said no. They didn't even offer to deliver it would have been ice cold anyways or to prepare a new one. It was too late for the kids to get the food anyways, so we had to scramble a different meal. I asked for a refund, and after being on hold for 10 minutes on the phone, I was told "ok" - but it might take 2 hours to show. I said fine. Next day - no refund. I called, no answer. I spoke to someone on their Facebook messanger - and they told me they will take a look. After another day, I was told it's being taken care of. After a while, got another message that it will take 7-14 business days to get the refund. Are you kidding me? No apologies, no compensation - I need to chase them and wait 3 weeks for my money for food I never got and for a ruined movie night with the kids. Thanks but no thanksl
