This was my 2nd time getting the Uno pizza. Closest to a Mediterranean pizza that they have. The 1st time it was nicely cooked and soft crust, and flavourful. This one, not so much. Incredibly over cooked and zero flavour. There was less than an hour before close, so I didn’t feel that calling to complain would do anything that late in the day. I’m not looking for anything, just please, do better.
These guys are doing a great job! The pizza is legit, the place is comfortable and nicely designed. Great service! We will be back.
Have been coming here since they opened for pizza, and will no longer be coming back. The food is overpriced for the quality. Management shows zero respect towards customers let alone bi-weekly customers. The overall service is terrible. Save yourself some headache and go to the flatbread co in town instead.
I wanted to like this place so badly, but I can’t see myself going back. The good: the pizza, and specifically the gluten-free crust, were some of the best I’ve had. The bad: the regular pasta Alfredo my wife had was under-cooked and lukewarm, the caprese salad nothing like a caprese salad, and instead was a small a small collection of grape tomatoes and goat cheese hidden under a mountain of arugula, and the ambiance was seriously lacking. It’s one big square room with tables out in the open. The ugly: the wait time was horrific. Half an hour after ordering to get our appetizer of a single salad, and another twenty minutes to get our entrees. And, according to the server, this was even without another 8 guests that didn’t show up. I can’t imagine how long it would have taken if they did. All of this culminated in a bill that would have been at home at The Keg or another fancy steakhouse, not the neighbourhood Italian pizza place. Verdict: go for just the pizza in an off-time, otherwise avoid this place if you want to enjoy your evening.
No Vegan pizza . It was good. first time we ordered from this place fireside cochrane and we liked it. Hopefully we will get same quality in next order. Did not have to wait too long- was delivered free in 30 minutes.
From time to time I pop by pza parlour and lwsys ask for a salad, but not any more! This time it was different only 1 cube of the goat cheese. I m not joking and besides that the dressing was different and of course they wouldnt admit it. " nothing's been changed...all is the same".....! I guess the salt in the pizza, will compenste for the salt lacking in the salad! Presentation of the place is always nice, but they should ask if you want water to drink!....noonedrinks the same water...I only drink filtered water.....never knows what is it!
Sooooo delicious. Great atmosphere, fantastic food, lovely service. It’s going to be our regular! Thanks for bringing delicious Italian food close to home!
Incredibly slow service, 2nd time with this experience, watched all the tables around me get served and leave before we even got our food. I tried to support this local restaurant but you clearly need to up your game ! Last time I will be here . Taste of Cochrane fail.
My husband always brings me desserts from PZA. These are delicately made, not overly sweet. I'm always surprised by the flavor balance. Every time I've tried something different and loved it, I'm not a sweet tooth but the pastry chef is doing amazing.
We had heard that this was supposed to be Great pizza. Ordered a large pizza. Lots of good stuff in the middle and a huge crust all around. So got dough for a large, fillings for a small, price was for an extra large. Won’t get taken like that again. I will buy pizza elsewhere.
