Beautiful monument. There’s something about this place that the official history doesn’t quite explain. I happened to arrive at exactly 3:33, roasted a hotdog with my blowtorch, opened a tin of sardines, and rolled my dice… double threes. Every. Single. Time. The pyramid, the polka dots, and the strange feeling that I was exactly where I was supposed to be made for an unforgettable visit. If you stand quietly for a minute, you might even hear a faint “Sébastieeeeen…” drifting on the wind. Probably just my imagination. Yo!
Now we understand why it’s called Pyramid des Ha Ha, it is really a manmade pyramid that makes you laugh. We like the concept with such building that you can climb up to see the surrounding view. Too bad that when we were there, the access to the top floor is locked. Still a cute little spot that make you smile
A quirky and unique landmark in La Baie, Saguenay! The Pyramide des Ha! Ha! is a fun photo stop made entirely of reflective aluminum road signs. It's creative, unexpected, and adds charm to the area. There's also a small park nearby to relax and take in the view of the fjord. Worth a quick visit if you're exploring the region-especially for fans of offbeat art and local culture!
Just one of those things that sound somewhat interesting but isn't!
Wordplay that could make Serge Gainsbourg proud, if only it was a wee bit more risqué. As is, it's a pyramid made up of hundreds of yield signs. The surrounding area public square is in rough shape and in need of some restorative maintenance soon. Certainly not worth going out of your way to visit, but if you're in the Saguenay area, you could do much worse.
