You are asked for a file opening fee and when you want to reschedule an appointment there is no more space even if you want an appointment in a year. You don't register with a clinic but with a doctor when he no longer has any services. Worse service than to the public.
After a month of waiting for a vaccine yellow fever due to an upcoming trip. Arrived there they are not able to have this vaccine... Thank you for the deplorable service... unable to tell me this information in 4 weeks of waiting... incompetent!

Efficiency, quality customer service and competent medical staff at the heart of patient health.nnI had to resign myself to private consultation because my doctor and the GMF did not want to take care of me for several weeks and Opti-Soins was able to offer me an appointment within 48 hours.nI was even called earlier than the scheduled time to see the nurse and doctor.nnThis is where we see the difference. I left there with a diagnosis and a prescription. No waste of time in the emergency room or risk of aggravation.nnThanks to Dr. Pilote-Dufour and the entire team!
Don't go there if it's for the CNESST! The doctor will give you your papers, but they will cancel them at reception. In addition, they charged me with opening a file for a file that was already open. $100 for 45min and $45 to open the file $145. Supposedly CNESST files are not paid enough. I hope that if the public is transferred to the private, that they will show more understanding. The detail was not even explained on the invoice. We get punished at Opti-soins.
Every time I've tried to get an appointment at this clinic, it's NEVER a reasonable time frame, ALWAYS a 2-3 week WAIT, sometimes even MORE!!! Unacceptable for a private clinic! I will go to MD, where a few days maximum allows you an appointment ;
