We have been here before and it's been alright - but today was the worse experience I've had at a restaurant. We arrived and there was a bunch of tables so we looked to see if they had their food they did. So we decided to stay thinking there wouldn't be a wait. Oh was that wrong! We were not told there was a group of just under 30 in a private room! We waited over an hour before someone came back to check on us and see if we had even ordered! I said we ordered over an hour ago and they just went and got someone else. All they did was tell us there was a group and that they were sorry. I said I wanted the food to go and we still waited another 10-15 minutes. And they kept saying sorry and that they gave us a 10% discount. We just sat for over an hour with a toddler who you could hear was getting annoyed waiting! And didn't even come check if we needed more to drink or to inform us why it was taking so long! And to top it off my messed up my order! Asked for extra crispy spicy fries and I got normal fries soggy- they said the server was new and didn't know what spicy fries were but also didn't ask or come double check with me! Will not be back anytime soon! Be aware of private functions if you plan to go to putters cause you may end up wasting most of your night waiting!

I ran into this amazing restaurant in claresholm on my drive through. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was amazing! I hear the place is open year round so I will be stopping for my meals there while travelling between Calgary and Lethbridge!

I planned my wedding at the golf course and the staff made it very easy to co-ordinate, Had great recommendations and the event was perfect for us. The club house is set up on the hill overlooking the beautiful greens of the golf course.
