Putnam Pond has extremely helpful staff who are knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The campsites are beautiful and secluded with easy access to water sources. I highly recommend the trails through the state park land surrounding the campsite as well.

Lovely campground! Definitely recommend to others. Great staff. Spent hours kayaking in the lake and enjoying quiet nights under the stars. No wifi or phone signal.

Third time to Putnam Pond. I've stayed in oxshoe and clear pond. Both beautiful. Decent fishing as well. The park is. It's dog friendly and not overly crowded. The lean-to's are in excellent shape and there are even a couple outhouses, lol. I would still dig a hole though 😉
